GOD DAMN CRANK NUT!!!!!!!!

When i pull that bolt i have to use a heavy duty impact gun and i try to tighten the bolt a little first. That seems to get things moving than try to get it out.

i tried an open ended wrench, a box end wrench, 3/8 drive rachet, 1/2 drive rachet, 3/8 drive air rachet, 1/2 drive air rachet, 3/8 drive impact gun, 1/2 drive impact gun, i've tried hitting the rachet with a rubber mallet to break it loose, (too light), next i moved to a 10lbs. sledge to break it loose. And it just keeps laughing at me. the fuckin bolt will not break loose. Oh yeah did i mention i busted TWO sockets trying to get it off.... am i just missing something...??

try some of that lock tite stuff that you spray on the polt and it might brake it free, it's made to soke in to the bolt. well i a dumb ass anyway but you can try it

I think there's some shit called PB Blaster or something that works awesome...might wanna get the crank nut tool from Moroso. how are you keeping it from spinning? that's a big problem I had doing it by hand.

yeah, I had to take my si engine to a shop for a friend to bust it loose...couldnt do it even w/ his gun on my compressor...on my zc, I went really ghetto and hacked up the bottom of the tbelt cover w/ my dremel and yanked it around the crank pulley and then put the tbelt on....not the best way, but I had no other choice. haha.

to keep it from spinning, im just jamming a screw driving in the clutch on the other side if the engine. but that doesnt seem to be working either. IM STUCK!!!!!!!!!

...get the tool from Honda or Moroso (probably cheaper) to hold the pulley...either that, or find a way to transport the engine to a shop so they can bust it loose for you. I think those are your only two options.... good luck sissy.
